 Tantric sex practices are designed to cultivate, contain, and transform orgasmic energy. We want to prolong and savor the escalating build-up of orgasmic energy, without genital release, in order to experience the first essential in living the spiritual life, namely, Unity Consciousness (Oneness). For centuries, saints and sages have attempted to describe this state of awareness in which the predominant experience is oneness with all of existence and knowledge of the divinity within. To facilitate this process, I offer coaching in three distinct levels of work that may be done sequentially, or alone, for singles and couples.
LEVEL ONE: RELEASING THE PAST. Breath practices and bodywork designed to dissolve "armoring." Armoring is a process whereby past traumatic experiences are stored in the muscular tissues of the body. By armoring itself, the body is attempting to reduce its vulnerability to pain, but by doing so, it also diminishes its capacity to experience pleasure. Though most people are as yet unaware of it, the male and female sex organs are just as prone to armoring as the rest of the body. Since the G-spot and the prostate gland are such sensitive areas, and so well hidden deep inside, they are perfect receptacles for storing sexual and emotional trauma in what has come to be known as "genital armoring." G-spot and/or prostate massage is designed to dissolve genital armoring in order to restore the orgasmic flow.
LEVEL TWO: THE PLEASURE TRAINING. Developing the internal muscles used in sex in order to improve genital health and enhance sexual pleasure.
MEN: Experience the magic and power of seminal retention by mastering ejaculation control. Learn to substitute orgasm for ejaculation and experience the joy of whole body, multiple orgasms without energy loss.
WOMEN: In tantra, the female is accorded the "first right" of sexual satisfaction. Learn how to train your lover(s) to provide complete female sexual satisfaction. Master the soft (feminine) styles of tantric lovemaking.
LEVEL THREE: CREATING A SPIRITUAL CONTEXT FOR YOUR LOVEMAKING. Learn how to transform sexual energy to open the heart and to access the spiritual dimension of sex. When the journey of arousal is extended for an hour or more, without genital release, the orgasmic energy naturally ascends in the body.This process, known as "raising tantric energy" activates the higher energy centers (chakras) on its upward journey. Consciousness is ultimately transformed in the brain where the spiritual faculties reside.
