Biography
 Greetings,
My name is Victoria Lee and I am a native Californian now residing in Mount Shasta, CA.
While living on the east coast, my interests in alternative healing, energy healing and massage therapy led to a licensed practice in Florida since 1995 and continues now in California with an expanded offering of the Trinity Table.
My personal philosophy has always been that well-being and health are basically one and the same…one builds on the other and allows the body and mind to support each other. Through regular exercise, a thoughtful diet and conscious awareness of our breath, the body willingly responds to healing on all levels.
Massage therapy and Energy work are the perfect ingredients to enhance one’s well-being, allowing the body to increase its circulation, unlock blocked areas physically and emotionally, release toxins from the tissue and turn inward toward a relaxation response. On a spiritual level, when one is able to turn inward toward that relaxation response, a heightened conscious awareness is attained, a heart opening can occur and healing continues at a much deeper level.
In addition to the benefits listed above, energy healing can be less invasive and more appropriate for various issues and concerns, allowing a deeper and sometimes more subtle healing vibration to expand within the body.
My intention is to facilitate and support each of you and to foster a sense of well-being in a safe and serene environment. It is a blessing to be in service through these modalities, “voting your victory” (as Bob Stevens would say) as you begin to empower yourselves more fully in all aspects of your Beingness.
