Trinity Table
A Trinity Table session is an hour, more or less, depending on the amount of time on the Table. There is approximately 10 to 15 minutes integration time after being on the Table. Everyone is reminded to drink lots of water and not to plan a busy schedule directly after the session. It is also possible for 3 or 4 people to meditate in the room while one person is on the Table. This can be a very powerful experience for everyone in the room. More time must be allowed for this type of session.
Donations for this experience are greatly appreciated. It is important that an energy exchange take place for this service.
